Great ideas, pretty. I have those same skills - but never shopped them around. I think it's my mentality that needs more adjusting than my bank account. thanks for chiming in! opentoedshoesan

I just got a part-time job in addition to my fulltime job. Didn't really want to but have to with the economy these days....and I am not finding it too bad actually!
Good luck!

If you have access to a small plot of land. Planting a small garden with a few varities of vegatables depending on what climate zone you are in can help cut costs . Also turning down the heat( to 60 degrees) and wearing a sweater instead of cranking it up to 70 degerees will help cut your costs. shopping the "reduced and dented" section in the market can help lower your costs.

I know what you mean. I've seen my share of tough times. I usually try to pick up a second/part-time job. Usually, I'll bartend part-time. Tips are instant access to cash. Great for paying some of the smaller bills (water, phone, gas, etc.). I also know my way around a computer pretty well so I'll pick up some extra money creating forms, websites, or data entry for some of the smaller businesses in town. Good luck to you. PG
